William M. Raines National Alumni Association Donor Refund Policy

The William M. Raines National Alumni Association (WMRNAA) is grateful for the generosity of its donors. As a non-profit organization focused on providing scholarships and supporting the needs of William M. Raines High School, we rely on financial contributions to fulfill our mission.
1. General Donations
• Policy: All financial donations made to the William M. Raines National Alumni Association are considered non-refundable.
• Rationale: Donations are typically used immediately to fund scholarships, operational needs, or other mission-related expenses. Once the funds are received, they are allocated toward supporting the students and the school's needs.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In the unlikely event of an administrative or processing error resulting in an incorrect charge (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge for an amount higher than intended), the donor must contact the WMRNAA within 30 days of the transaction date. After verification of the error, a refund for the erroneous portion of the donation will be issued.
2. Charity Event and Special Activity Registrations/Tickets
• Policy: Refunds for payments made for tickets, registration, sponsorship, or entry fees related to charity events, fundraising galas, or special activities sponsored by the WMRNAA are governed by the specific refund policy stated for that individual event.
• Disclaimer: The refund policy for each event will be clearly communicated on the event's registration form, ticket purchase page, or promotional materials.
• Donor Responsibility: Donors/attendees are responsible for reviewing the specific event's policy before making a payment.
3. How to Request a Review or Report an Error
If you believe there has been an error with your donation or if you require clarification regarding an event refund, please contact us immediately:
